Hindu Asha is a Ugandan, multi talented award winning gospel artist, a professional teacher (B.A. Education), and Economist (M.A. Economics), multi skilled in strategic  planning, financial and data analysis  and management, communication (written and spoken - public speaking and presentation).

Her versatile  background spans over ten (10) years in the financial, education, pharmaceutical, political, music, business, profit and non-profit organizations and sectors. Her experiences in these sectors had a great impact on shaping her person as a self - motivated, hardworking, resilient entrepreneur, manager, leader and team player as well as organizational strategist. She is the C.E.O of Asha Performance Limited, a business solutions firm and record label.

Growing up in a family of twelve, where girls were the majority amidst scarce resources, Hindu Asha sees her father as a hero who chose to invest in girls' education other than the opportunity cost of their education which was to marry them off at a tender age in exchange for wealth, considering his Islamic background. She is a girl child activist, woman empowerer and a trend-setter. Through her music, she teaches, preaches, inspires, and acts as a voice to the voiceless.
